Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift LPNs to join their team at Pheasant Wood. The position offers new wages, shift differentials, and a range of benefits, including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance. LPNs will work under the direction of an RN to deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, supervise patient care, and contribute to care planning.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
