LPN - Tuition Assistance

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. The LPN position offers flexible scheduling for day, evening, and night shifts, along with new competitive wages. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
