Position Highlights

• Direct the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans.
• Train new team members on clinical content.

Requirements

• LPN license in good standing.
• Prior experience in healthcare facilities.
• Proficiency in RAI/PPS processes.
• Computer skills and AccuMed experience preferred.
