Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care, building strong relationships with patients/residents and their families, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes. Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients/residents.
• Evaluate patient conditions and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
