Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning activities. LPNs may work full-time, part-time, or per diem, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.

- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
