Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement goal-oriented care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This role offers the opportunity to work full-time, part-time, or per diem, with competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
