Job Description
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing patient-centered care plans and supporting patient discharge planning. Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
