We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our Home Health program, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and contribute to discharge planning.
