LNA - Long Term Care

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team at the Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing center. As an LNA, you will work collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to provide basic personal care support and assist with specific aspects of patient care, emphasizing responsive communication, respect, and support for our residents at the Otter Creek Long-Term Care unit.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• State of Vermont LNA license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous LNA experience preferred
