Job Description
New Western is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate, a keen eye for potential in properties, and are well-versed in real estate terms like ARV, BRRRR, and wholesaling, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties for our inventory.
- Utilize provided resources such as purchasing power, leads, and proprietary software effectively.
- Work with an array of sales agents to facilitate property sales.
- Stay informed about market trends and data analysis to make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Strong negotiation and dealmaking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
