We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Primary Care LPN at The University of Vermont Health Network, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our patients under the guidance of registered nurses and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of patient care through case finding, health teaching, and counseling.
• Administer medications and treatment following prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and supervise the clinical staff to ensure adherence to the Plan of Care.
• Evaluate and coordinate the health care services provided within the assigned unit.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Experience in primary care settings is preferred.
