Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. This full-time night shift position involves twelve-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
