Job Description

Genesis Health has an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Pheasant Wood on a Per Diem basis. In this role, you will work under the direction of an RN to deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, supervise unlicensed staff, and contribute to care planning.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care assessments and plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
