Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
