Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective nursing care, building meaningful relationships with patients/residents and their families, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current state licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferable experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
