Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Pheasant Wood team. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits, including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance. LPNs will deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
