Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
