Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, working collaboratively to ensure patient well-being and discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
