Job Description
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. This position offers Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem opportunities with flexible schedules to support New Castle County, DE.
Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
