Responsibilities
- Offer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Execute patient-centered care plans in line with available resources.
- Contribute to developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
