Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. If you are passionate about providing excellent care to geriatric patients in the community and are dedicated to patient-centered treatment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
