Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Montgomeryville Center. Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
