Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full-time basis. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient nursing care to patients with a focus on achieving positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient and family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and observe conditions, reporting any changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care delivered by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
