Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
