Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at Genesis Health. Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
