We are looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our team at Genesis Healthcare's Montgomeryville Center. Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Assess patients, monitor their conditions, and report changes in health status.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
