Responsibilities

• Deliver effective nursing care to patients, ensuring positive outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes as necessary.
• Contribute to care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
