Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report changes in health status.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
