Licensed Practical Nurse 🧑‍⚕️🏥

Job Description

We are looking for a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health as an LPN MDS Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Resident Assessment Process by completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure excellent patient care and appropriate nursing center reimbursement.

Position Highlights

• Direct the interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans.
• Train team members on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.

Requirements

• Must be an LPN in good standing with a current state license.
• Prior experience in hospital, long-term care, or healthcare facilities.
• Knowledgeable in nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Computer skills and proficiency in windows applications.
