Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health, one of the leading healthcare providers. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing items on the Minimum Data Set (MDS) to ensure appropriate patient care and nursing center reimbursement. Your responsibilities will include directing the interdisciplinary RAI process, developing individualized resident Care Plans, and training team members.
