We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Mark Allen - Service Experts. As the Lead Installer for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, you will be responsible for the complete installation of equipment and accessories, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in accordance with company requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property and tools.
- Train other installers and assist with site supervision.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Report unsafe conditions and hazards immediately.
- Comply with safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
- Operate equipment as prescribed and report incidents promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 5+ years of HVAC experience.
- Valid HVAC certifications and EPA certification required.
- Proficiency in HVAC installation, duct work, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
