Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately
- Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent premature breakdowns
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools responsibly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, with 0-2 years of technical experience
- EPA and safety certifications required
- Proficient in mechanical aptitude and operating necessary tools
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy items
