Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately
• Inspect and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
• Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and part delivery
• Record information, complete paperwork, and ensure excellent customer service
• Promote products and services, generate sales leads, and maintain company property
• Represent the company professionally and follow standard procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification
• Valid EPA and safety certifications
• Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions
• Natural or corrected vision for close and distance tasks
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry items up to 50 pounds
