Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls independently.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services.
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles.

Health & Safety:

• Follow safety regulations and report any hazards immediately.
• Use personal protective equipment as required.
• Participate in safety initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training.
• Valid HVAC licensing and EPA certification.
• Proficiency in HVAC equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
• Physical ability to handle HVAC equipment and work in various environments.
