Key Responsibilities

• Performing service and maintenance calls for residential and light commercial properties.
• Diagnosing and resolving customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Preventing premature breakdowns through equipment inspections and diagnostics.
• Delivering excellent customer service and promoting products and services.

Health & Safety Roles

• Reporting and correcting unsafe acts and conditions.
• Complying with company safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Participating in safety initiatives and reporting incidents promptly.
• Ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with legislative requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training.
• Valid licensing and EPA certification required.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and flexibility to work on-call shifts.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
