Job Description
Fenwick Home Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Specialist to join our growing HVAC department in Jacksonville, FL. As an HVAC Service Specialist, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as perform preventative maintenance tasks. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $40/hr with a $5000 sign-on bonus and commission-based earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on residential HVAC units.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant licenses and certifications.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
- Strong customer service skills and work ethic.
