We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and appearance of all guest rooms and public areas at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for supervising personnel, ensuring high cleaning standards, and managing housekeeping operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create daily assignments and schedules for housekeeping staff.
• Supervise and monitor the work of room inspectors, room attendants, houseman, laundry, and night houseman.
• Train, schedule, and assign duties to department personnel.
• Handle guest complaints and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Conduct room inspections and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of hotel housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct thorough room inspections.
• Team-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• High school diploma required, 3+ years of hotel operations experience preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong reasoning abilities and basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions.
