Roles Available:
We have Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPN positions supporting New Castle County, DE. The roles may involve day or night shifts, weekend and holiday rotations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients
- Implement patient-centered care plans
- Participate in discharge planning
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
