Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. Our organization offers top-notch OASIS-E training, a supportive leadership team, and state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record systems. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. This position requires a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
