We are hiring a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator for a full-time position in Brooklyn, NY at ABF Freight, part of ArcBest. General Description of Duties

Responsibilities include the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations near the consolidation/distribution center. You will be loading and unloading trailers using established techniques, technology, and procedures typical of a dock worker. Duties and schedules may vary based on the terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience required (training may be available for candidates with less experience).
• Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements.
• Good stable work record and safe driving history.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet medical requirements.
