We are looking for a dynamic Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead to join our passionate team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a significant role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness utilization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors to drive membership engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure world-class member experience through flawless execution of programs and events.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to instructors for continuous development.
• Create a vibrant and positive community atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a supportive environment.
• Ability to drive results and exceed performance targets.
