Join our passionate and united team at VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will be responsible for creating an "UPLIFT" experience by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness opportunities to our members. Your primary focus will be to maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage while ensuring exceptional member experiences and community-building.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance through effective scheduling and coaching.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-equipped STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development support to Instructors and Coaches.
• Deliver a world-class member experience through high energy classes and community-building activities.

• Proven experience in fitness management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
