We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join ALDI, a reputable and fast-growing company. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations to prepare you for a successful store management career. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational plans while nurturing and developing the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential (Year 1): Up to $105,000 inclusive of salary and bonuses
