We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational strategies while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage store signage, product quality, and staffing levels.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Previous retail experience and management skills preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for training within the division.
