Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for successfully running a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while supporting and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage customer concerns effectively and maintain store standards.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process.
• Develop and adjust weekly schedules to optimize staffing levels.
• Facilitate performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee development.
• Ensure store financial targets are met.
• Monitor and adjust product inventory and merchandising.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience required, management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
