Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare for a rewarding career in retail leadership. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, staffing management, and developing operational strategies. This role offers a competitive starting wage of $27.50 per hour with the potential to earn up to $105,000 in the first year, inclusive of salary and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans.
• Maintain store presentation and product quality.
• Lead hiring processes and conduct employee training.
• Ensure store budget and performance targets are met.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.

• Prior retail experience with management exposure.
