Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all aspects of store operations effectively. Your role will involve supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and development of store personnel.
• Ensure store payroll and budgets are met.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on product offerings.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Capable of operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is an advantage.
