Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's dynamic team. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to successfully run a store and lead a team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will supervise daily store operations, ensure top-notch customer service, manage staffing needs, and develop action plans for operational success while mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Supervise day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and model company values, fostering a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and ensure product quality.
• Participate in hiring store personnel and managing schedules.
• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and recommend advancements for store personnel.
• Oversee merchandising, maintain proper stock levels, and conduct inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Understanding of company policies and ability to drive performance.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
