Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of store management, including supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities and team performance.
• Understand and communicate company values and strategy.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store presentation.
• Participate in the hiring and training of store personnel.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and budgets effectively.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budget management and personnel supervision.
