Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join the Aldi team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. This role offers an exciting opportunity to train on all aspects of successfully running a store, preparing you for future leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Develop and mentor store team members while ensuring adherence to company values and goals.
• Manage store staffing, scheduling, and training initiatives.
• Conduct store meetings, performance evaluations, and payroll management.
• Maintain store merchandising, inventory, and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and drive operational excellence.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
